It is under two hundred pages with really nice print; contains illustrations both graphic and literal and REALLY speaks to us about MEANING. Purpose, essence, understanding, reason and other conceptual frames serve us in our quest for meaning. Mr. Havener takes us on a nice and very interesting and meaningful journey towards an integrated and systemic way of looking at things. Through some factual and therefore actual organizational experiences with which we can readily identify, we clearly see how our thinking gets us into cycles that create fodder for coming up with solutions that are the very seeds and root of the problems we seek to resolve. I sincerely recommend a wonderful read through this book.
