Cranwood ReviewI teach 7th grade English and I am always looking for books that my students will enjoy reading. This was a perfect choice! When I showed the cover to the class, they were very intrigued as to what the book was about. After reading the forward to them, they instantly put their hands in the air and begged to be the first one chosen to read it! I now have a waiting list of eager readers! I read it myself and found it to be at the perfect reading level for middle school students. The students can relate to the character because she is around their age and she speaks at their level. It also contains the elements that students love when reading such as suspense, action, and friendship. I really hope that the author creates another book like this because this one is a big hit!Cranwood OverviewSet in a small English town this contemporary YA novel follows Abby Grace Hill; an awkward American teenager who has been struggling to understand her psychic gift.Throughout her childhood years, Abby has been receiving cryptic messages from the dead.
