This book is about this boy Butch who moves and goes to meet Brian's family. Then they get lost at Mr. Ahern's farm. The boys ask him not to tell about him getting lost. He told them if they shoot the deer that is eating his crops. I am an active hunting kid and I recommend this book for the hunters of all ages.The Challenge (Deer Tales Series, No. 2) OverviewThe second chapter book in a series full of adventure inthe outdoors for ages nine and up.It was down to one last shot!Lori OBWhite Cloud needed to hit the clay pigeon to tie Pete Brunelleand Ron Jones for first place.She was down by two shots at thebeginning of the round and needed the last hit to force a tie breaker.Lori challenged Pete to the contest because he was a meanclass bully and was trashing girls.The whole school was awaiting theoutcome of the contest.If Pete wins, evil would prevail.Can Lori make the shot?
