Little Red Riding Hood: The Classic Grimm's Fairy Tale ReviewEvery single page in this book has the most stunning pictures that make me wish I were a kid again (so my mom could read it to me over and over)! I only read it to my 5-year-old because the story is a little too complex for my 3-year-old...I thought my daughter would be a little nervous when she saw the illustration of the wolf, but she has never said anything or even acted like she's noticed. We love the colors and magical softness of the pictures.
I LOVE this version of the story, too. It is not watered-down, so it makes sense (in a fairy tale way)...it is very interesting. The "commentary for the thoughtful parent" at the end is so helpful, it is almost worth buying this book just for this insight.Little Red Riding Hood: The Classic Grimm's Fairy Tale Overview
