Jackson, Josie, & the (almost) Free Lunch ReviewI am a pre-service teacher and was given the opportunity to teach a lesson to a kindergarten classroom. I chose this book because of it's amazing story and breathtaking illustrations. The chaotic classroom was soon quiet and engaged! You could see in the students faces how intrigued they were by this story and the illustrations! They had so many questions that guided us into great discussions! This is a great lesson that is excellent in every environment! This book is a treasure that I will be taking with me into every classroom I teach!
